Akeredolu posses a clear vision, he is courageous, has integrity, honesty, humility and clear focus. He is a strategic planner and believes in teamwork.
Arakunrin Akeredolu has a clear vision of a Ondo State and he is working everyday for this to be achievable.
Accountability
The people’s Governor at every point has been given account of all his dealing at the State House. He never for once takes decision on his own idea until the general public is involved.
Do Not Lead by Force;
Akeredolu does not lead by forcing people to follow. Instead, he motivates people. He encourage others to follow him. He also lead by example, which few Governor’s do today.
I call him a good leader because he uses compassion to perceive the needs of people and to decide a course of action that is of a greatest benefit to the good people of Ondo State, to individual and to mankind in general.
